A multi-tenant retail shell engineered for fast permitting, with a clean storefront facade and flexible interior demising.
Like every Metal Fuentes project, this commercial started with stamped engineering drawings and ended with a walk-through and a handshake. Precision-fabricated framing, sheeted and dried in by our own crew, and finished to spec — square, plumb, and built to stand for decades.
